Old Santa Fe Trail

A 4,000 square foot home and
gallery for art collectors. The
house is located in the Historic
District of Old Santa Fe Trail and
illustrates how a contemporary
building can fit comfortably in
the district. A large steel trellis
reflects the traditional beamed
porch structure. Customary
stuccoed walls, separating the
residence from Old Santa Fe
Trail, were extended to enclose
a series of walled courtyards.
And all landscaping was brought
into the site day by day with
the owners own respectful
hands and labour.
