Situated in a remote mountain valley in Northern New Mexico, Eagle View Plaza is an affordable passive solar village for the Picuris Pueblo. For the first time since the history of the Spanish influence on the Pueblo, Governor Eagle Rael, Cat Tsosie, Debbie Webster
and SBA provided the community with the opportunity to determine their own housing locations, size, quality and budget. An extensive planning process provided the Pueblo with 16 new houses, a playground, community gardens and a wetlands system.
