Seco Teen Center is an educational facility
for Hands Across Cultures. The project provides educational and recreational
programs for youth at risk in the rural community of Arroyo Seco. The architectural solution creates an appealing and highly functional facility for an average new
building construction cost of under $65/sq.ft. The Center includes a multi-purpose space
as well as art classrooms and studios.
