"First National Bank of Santa Fe"  located on the Historic Plaza in Santa Fe, hired SBA for 14 projects that were completed for the Bank over a three year period of time.   The projects included working on the John Gaw Meem Historic Bank on the Plaza, as well as the Historic Delgado House renovation on Palace Avenue on the Plaza, across from the Museum of Fine Arts.

 

One of the first of those projects was a complete remodel of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential suites of the main office on the  historic downtown plaza.

 

The focus of the remodel was to integrate accessibility needs for the bank’s President.

 

In addition, SBA helped in creating a new look with superior physical functioning, for the bank’s aesthetic and technological presence, throughout their entire facility.

 

SBA also assisted with long term architectural planning and future architectural projects required for expansion and integration of their growing clientele and customers.

 

At the completion of the three year period the Bank was sold to a new entitiy who brought their own architectural team with the new ownership.
