The Dalderis Residence

by Morrow Bowden Architects is an oasis in the middle of a southern Los Angeles neighborhood.

The home was significantly renovated to provide views from each room to the ocean beyond and the new, intimate landscape.

All interiors were modernized and simplified.

​

The exterior was re-designed from a wood sheathed traditional building to a stucco and steel modern aesthetic.

The owners are contemporary art collectors, so both the interiors and exteriors provide thoughtful spaces to exhibit their collection.
